How to relax with box breathing: 1️⃣ Find a comfortable position seated or lying down. 2️⃣ Place one hand on your belly and one hand on your chest 3️⃣ As you inhale through your nose, allow your belly to rise first. Then your chest. Fill your lungs with air. 4️⃣ With your lungs full, hold your breath for a few counts. 5️⃣ Gently release the air through your mouth, allowing your chest to fall first, then your belly. 6️⃣ Relax and hold with your lungs empty for a few counts. 7️⃣ Repeat these steps and continue as long as needed to feel at ease.
